Century City Supa Quick

Hi,

Just wanted to say thanks for the impressive service. The tyres were
purchased from you a few months ago, and was really happy with the friendly
efficient manner I was treated. Yesterday my car indicated low pressure and
I returned to your branch expecting a puncture. Again I was treated in a
friendly manner and they tested all my tyres, which in fact had no puncture
but were just low. They offered up the advice that my petrol stations gauge
could be out of calibration leading to the issue.

There was no charge for the thorough testing done, even after two wheels
were taken off and submerged in water. Nobody could have known the tyres
were originally purchased there, so it was not serviced under warranty, just
a helpful gesture.

Perhaps yesterday there was no revenue generated, but any requirements I
have in future will be sourced from this branch.

I would like to bring to your attention, the fantastic service that was offered to myself by Devorin yesterday.

My daughter in law had a blow out in a blue BMW on marine drive yesterday, carrying her 4 week old baby, I collected her and left the car on the side of the road , and being women, forgot to take down
the size of the tyre,! Typical … we arrived at Supa Quick and Devorin met us , offering his service immediately, we were frazzled and that on its own was wonderful, he went out of his way to accommodate us and help us, sending your drivers back to the car with me, taking off the wheel, finding the right size to fit the BMW and then proceeded with absolute professionalism to suggest the next course of action.

Your drivers brought the car back to Supa Quick and proceeded to check and replace tyres where needed. Wow, what a pleasure, what could have turned out to be a nightmare, ended up easy and tolerable for us. I want to tell you what an asset Devorin is to your business , in this very competitive age, service counts , and people like him will make your business stand out from the others. I hope you appreciate him and look after him. As for all of us in business today, that special something offered to customers makes a huge difference as to whether you do business with them again, and I can say, that I will promote Supa Quick to all my friends and colleages and recommend they visit you for all their tyre needs.

I am not a loyalty member and am not looking to earn loyalty points but need to comment on the service I received this morning.

On arrival at the Supa Quick Montague Gardens branch this morning, I received a warm welcome from Waleed . From the time I arrived at your premises until the time I left, he was most
attentative to my needs, professional and very helpful. He looked neat and was very respectful.

I had received a tyre pressure message on my vehicle, your people identified the problem instantly, advised me of it and proceeded to repair the tyre immediately. Waleed also advised me on the
condition of my tyres & gave me advice on the way forward. I requested a quotation for new tyres which I am considering regardless of the price because the service was first class and he deserves the business. Good service is so rare and needs to be rewarded – please pass on my thanks again to this gentleman!

I thought it was very important to bring to your attention that I have never in all my years received this spectacular level of service!

Steven Pretorius, well done on meeting my requirements with such speed and professionalism... you went the extra mile and I applaud you for that....you sure set the standard that many can follow....Your team of guys, from the car washers, the tea lady to the guy doing the hard work of changing and washing the tyres, were so friendly and nothing was too difficult. I must also compliment them on their team spirit. Company’s pay huge money in trying to get what your team has.

I had to come back a second time because the one tyre was not in stock and Steven arranged for one, so I came back on Saturday past. I was there before 8:00 o clock and I was so wow’d the staff remembered me, they came and gave me a hand shake to say hello with such friendliness.

By the way, I love the slogan on their backs.... I thought it was very important for you to know what level of service your team deliver to your clients.:)

Two weeks ago, I had to take my car in for new shock absorbers and tyres. Although it was an unwanted expense, your friendly and helpful staff made it a pleasure for me to do business with them.
