• inspect your vehicle with you and give an honest estimate of the work required.
• treat your vehicle with care and always use seat covers.
• give, at your request, a firm quotation before work is undertaken.
• make sure that all work is carried out in accordance with our safety procedures.
• keep you informed of any delays or complications.
• examine all finished work with you before your vehicle leaves our premises.

Training

“You can’t get better than a Supa Quick fitter”. It means before any Supa Quick employee is allowed anywhere near your vehicle, they have been examined and graduated at the Supa Quick National Automotive Fitment Training College.

Every Fitter is assessed twice. Once at the College and (uniquely) once at the Auto Centre. Only when all the staff at an outlet are graduated, do we assess the Franchise. And only after they’re all graduated do we allow them to open their doors.

We were the first Auto Centre Network to be awarded the rigorous AA Quality Assured status. Every Auto Centre assessed, passed. Some passed with (until today unheard of) 100% scores.
