I wish to give you feedback on the fantastic service we had from Ben at Supa Quick Sabie:
On Friday 20th January 2012, my sister and I had trouble starting our car after we stopped at Mac Mac Falls. We managed to get to Sabie and drove into Supa Quick at around 13:30. Ben came outside to greet us with a big smile & checked the battery for us right away. The print outs showed everything was normal. But the car still didn't start. He then put in another battery to test if that would make a difference. It did.
He then phoned around to check what kind of battery would be best suited for my Hyundai Getz. During all of this he was friendly and reassuring and explained what he was doing at all times. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and showed us to the air conditioned waiting room, where we could get a cold drink of water.
Once the new battery was installed, we were on our way again.
My sister and I both wish to thank Ben for the friendly way in which he helped us to solve our car trouble. I am sure he could have made us wait for hours, but instead we were assisted right away and managed to get to our overnight stop in Belfast before dark.
Please give him whatever recognition you can, as you definitely need staff like him to keep your clients happy. Even ones who arrive with no idea of what is wrong with their car, like we did on Friday afternoon.

Ek verwys na my seun wat `n band gebars het op sy Polo terwyl ons met vakansie was op Aston Baai, op 31 Desember 2011. Hy moes nood gedwonge sy nood wiel ( space saver ) gebruik en 2 Januarie 2012 Pretoria toe ry om 3 Januarie 2012 te begin werk. Ek het lank gesoek om `n Bande herstel plek te kry maar niemand was bereid om te help nie. Dit is vir my aangenaam om te getuig dat Jatan uit sy plek gegaan het om vir ons te help op 1 Januarie 2012 om twee nuwe bande op my seun se voertuig te sit. Sy hulpvaardigheid en vriendelikheid was `n riem onder die hart en getuig van passie vir sy werk. Nogmaals baie dankie !

I am writing (a little belatedly) to thank you for your help and your professionalism.
I had booked in for a wheel alignment through Group On in early December with our Land Rover Freelander Td4. We'd had the tyres changed and had since been having issues with a rattling sound in the rear of the car. After asking our mechanic (who fitted the tyres 'to match' our existing ones) to re-align the wheels 3 times, we weren't satisfied that the noise was any better and came to Supa Quick.
As soon as I drove up I was treated brilliantly and efficiently by you and your team. You instantly assessed and diagnosed that the tyres were of incorrect size and that there was an old tyre on the vehicle as soon as the car was up on the lift and your advice was invaluable and informed and in the end saved us a lot of time and money as we were able to limit the damage done by the mechanic due to your quick thinking and knowledge of the vehicle.
Your service went far beyond my level of expectation and I am extremely grateful and impressed. I will not hesitate to come back to Supa Quick in the future and will recommend you and the Observatory branch to my friends and family.

I phones Supa Quick in BW and Wilhelm assisted her. Their vehicle was in its way to Richmond and they changed the tyre, and put new tyres as a reasonable price in B/W. She was then on her way.
