My dad went to Supa Quick to fit new tyres on Saturday 25/02/2012. He ask for Firestone Tyre to be put on and when he returned he noticed that the tyres read DAYTONA (also manufactured by Firestone) which was not what he asked for and at this point he had already paid for it. Unfortunately he could not wait for them to correct their error as he had to leave urgently so he said would come back later for them to sort it out. He did go back (I was with him) but they were closed. We went back on Monday and the sales rep refused to do anything about it a the tyres were now used and he would not be able to sell the tyre again. I pointed out the error and they wouldn’t so we left.
This morning my dad received a call from Kevin (The Manager) who apologized for the error and asked him to come in that they could sort it out and replace those tyre with Firestone tyres at no extra cost. We would like to say a Big Thank You to Kevin for such awesome service and going the extra mile to ensure ultimate service and customer satisfaction.
