Last week while leaving the Klaserie game reserve I had a double blow out in my car with new Bridgestone tyres on.
My car was towed to Hoedspruit Supa Quick after many hours in the sun. They did not have the size in stock but I was helped by a gentle by the name of Donavan and his wife Ina and a great assistant by the name of Crystal . They went out of their way to help us .
They quickly called Johannesburg to get the tyres overnighted to us.They offered to book us in a Bed and Breakfast. They then offered to drive us to the BNB after the car arrived on a flatbed tow truck. They suggested a restaurant where to have dinner . The tyres arrived the next day a little later than expected but non the less in time for us to get back to JHB .
Not often you find service like in the old days. To crown it all Donavon asked me to sms when we reached home in JHB as he knew we would arrive back quite late.
I would certainly use this dealership on all our vehicles if were in JHB. Crystal drew maps for us where to find the BnB different restaurants etc . Great service for stranded travelers.
