The only way that I can repay Kloof Super Quick for their most recent kindnesses is to email you and tell you of my experience last week.
We moved to Kloof 6 years ago and have been using Kloof SQ ever since. We have bought tyres and batteries but most of our visits have been for odd bits and pieces for which they have never charged me. This includes sorting out punctures and battery problems. Last week they came to our rescue once again. The battery in my wife's car had gone completely dead and she was stuck out on the road away from home. I couldn't get the battery out so I went to SQ. Lennie put 2 batteries into the boot of my car and Garyth accompanied me. He changed the batteries and we drove back to SQ where it was decided that my battery might take a charge. Garyth drove my wife's car back home and I then returned him to SQ. The next day I called on them. My battery had been successfully charged so they changed the batteries once again but when I went to pay I was told by Caryn that there was no charge.
They have always been super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They are a credit to your stable of franchisees and I sincerely hope that you will pass this email on to whoever needs to know of the terrific service Kloof SQ are giving.
