This e-mail serves to thank Mr Gerhard van Deventer from Ladysmith Supa Quick for the service rendered to Mr PM Ntombela when he came to change his tyres.
The above-mentioned gentleman is handy and he knows how to handle his customers. When I came to Supa Quick last week Thursday he warmly welcomed me. He communicated with Kgwerano even though they were giving him a hard time but he kept on pushing while on the other hand I was getting courtesy calls from him about the progress of the car. On the 20 March 2012, I received a call from him informing me that I can come to fit my tyres. I was impressed on my arrival at the workshop to find out that the other customers were as happy as I was about the service received from Mr Gerhard.
The manner in which he communicates with his supervisees shows that he is a good Manager and he is hands on.
I wish that Mr Gerhard could be considered should a higher position be available in your organization. I am sure he will preach this gospel even to other people under his supervision.
