This is a little note to compliment the service of Riedwan at the Lenasia branch. I requested a quotation last week on certain mags and could not make up my mind on what to purchase. Riedwan was very patient and took his time to ascertain what I required and immediately contacted his contacts to confirm availability and pricing of the mags, and he provided me with information on what types of mags to buy. As a lady, I was completely lost at first, however, the service which I received from Riedwan was exceptional!
It is very rare to experience a high level of service nowadays as salespeople are always in a hurry to move onto the next client especially if they notice that the client is uncertain of what they are looking for.
