Menlyn Supa Quick

While running a quick errand this morning I noticed that I had a puncture in one of my rear tyres. I popped into Menlyn Supa Quick hoping a repair would not be costly or take too long. I walked in the workshop and was really impressed with how neat and clean everything looked. Before I even reached the reception desk, Meshak came out to greet me and to find out how he could help me. He took my keys and drove my car into a bay and within 3 minutes flat had opened my job card. The repair was made within 10 minutes and Meshak drove my car out of the bay. I don’t think visiting a tyre shop is high on anyones list of fun things to do but I felt I had to take the time to write a note to commend to staff at Supa Quick Menlyn- they made it really a pain-free experience. Good day Les

I am delighted to send this mail to you and compliment your staff members on a sterling job they done for me. I brought in my car 2 weeks ago for shock replacements and the reception and the service I received from Wynand and Jack was above the normal. They listened to my problem and immediately got a mechanic to attend to the query. I had regular feedbacks on the progress of
my vehicle and that for a busy branch like Menlyn is unheard off. Whist my car was on the ramp for Wheel alignment Wynand indicated to me areas of concern and that I need to address them appropriately another service which I appreciated and again not part of his work.

A few days later I drove to Johannesburg and on the way back my car started to rattle and it felt like a free massage. I took it back to Wynand and he attended to this immediately and got a mechanic called Jerry to attend to the problem. They check everything to see what caused the vibration and rectified the problem. I must say that I was impressed with Jerry’s knowledge on the car and he also explained every step of the way what and why he is checking the breaks / shocks ect.

It would be appreciated if you can award them a commendations certificate on my behalf and I am even willing to pay for the certificates. Service like this is very limited.
