Observatory Supa Quick

To whom it may concern,

My name is Nick and I am a customer of Supa Quick in Observatory.

I would just like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Allan and Alton who, in my eyes, are mechanics sent straight from Heaven!

I was warmly greeted when I went there for the first time for wheel alignment and I was so pleased that I decided to go back to repair more problems.
Once again, I was warmly greeted and treated with the utmost respect!

Allan, who is the branch manager, kept me up to date on the progress on the car and was SUPA QUICK with getting me prices, hence the name. I had quite a lot done to the car and I expected it to take a couple of days, but somehow, the team got it done the same day.

I have been to various mechanics and every time I get something fixed, it either breaks soon afterwards, or another problem occurs. I always have to go back the next day with the same problem!

My car drives like a dream now thanks to the team at Supa Quick Obs!
I will always go back there in the future and I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know!

Thank you Allan and Alton for the best service I have ever received anywhere, companies should look up to you as an example of how business should be done.

Dear Nadine

I took my car (a red Hyundai Atos) to Supa Quick in Observatory recently for wheel balancing and alignment. While my car was being lowered from the ramp there was an accident and the left wheels slipped from the railings and the car fell sideways with a huge crash, damaging all 3 panels of the left hand side of the car. Paul was and continued to be the perfect customer service manager, apologising profusely and assuring me that my car would be fixed at my convenience and at no cost to me. I left my car with him and his team this past weekend and so just two weeks after the initial accident I have a car that drive fabulously, and there is no evidence of the damage. It was a pleasure dealing with Paul and his team. Accidents do happen, and he stepped in to deliver excellent service to this customer. I will definitely make use of SQ Obs again and will recommend it to others.

Dear Paul,

I am writing (a little belatedly) to thank you for your help and your professionalism.

I had booked in for a wheel alignment through Group On in early December with our Land Rover Freelander Td4. We'd had the tyres changed and had since been having issues with a rattling sound in the rear of the car. After asking our mechanic (who fitted the tyres 'to match' our existing ones) to re-align the wheels 3 times, we weren't satisfied that the noise was any better and came to Supa Quick.

As soon as I drove up I was treated brilliantly and efficiently by you and your team. You instantly assessed and diagnosed that the tyres were of incorrect size and that there was an old tyre on the vehicle as soon as the car was up on the lift and your advice was invaluable and informed and in the end saved us a lot of time and money as we were able to limit the damage done by the mechanic due to your quick thinking and knowledge of the vehicle.

Your service went far beyond my level of expectation and I am extremely grateful and impressed. I will not hesitate to come back to Supa Quick in the future and will recommend you and the Observatory branch to my friends and family.
