I arrived at the Randfontien branch of supa quick on Thursday 25th August in order to have some Gabriel shocks and wheel alignment done on my old 92’ Hilux DC 4x4. The shocks were fitted supa quick and then the vehicle went for the wheel alignment. In the process of trying to align the wheels, the technician found that my tie rod end was collapsing and he advised me to replace it. On further inspection by Francois, he found the left side tie rod was also about to collapse.
Not only did they prevent me from having a serious accident, but they also displayed great patience and assistance while I tried to source new ones. This while my vehicle could not be moved off the wheel alignment stand, thus preventing any other customers from getting their cars sorted out!. After a while I returned with a new torsion bar and tie rod ends, and the team were efficient and supa quick at fitting the parts, and then completing the alignment.
My sincere thanks go to Francois, Bonnie and the team for the BEST service I have EVER experienced at a tyre centre. I will certainly recommend them to everyone I speak to who is looking for tyres, alignment etc, and I will only use this team in the future for all my vehicles needs.
