I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Noel on his great customer service. I had arranged to have the breaks done on my bakkie on Saturday the 27th of August at the Ruimsig branch. The break pads were a bit late in being delivered and when they did arrive the wrong part had been sent, Noel however kept me updated on what was happening and when the job was done he gave me a decent discount on the quoted price. What a pleasure it was to buy and install my bakkies tyres at Ruimsig Supa Quick. Not only the manager Neil Engelbrecht who went out of his way to ensure that all was going smooth and as planned, but also the lady that received me, the fitter and the gent who does the balancing just knows exactly where and how to do their jobs.
