On behalf of the Reef Tankers Citroen C2R2 Max Team, I would like to express our sincere and Special Thanks to you and your staff that helped us on Friday the 20 April to repair our damaged rally car after we had the misfortune of rolling on the first day.
Your immediate, wonderful and outstanding support was absolutely fantastic and allowing us to use your equipment and facility gave us a second chance to finish the rally. This culminated in 2 fastest stage times for us on Saturday morning and an overall fastest time on the last and final stage of the day in Nelspruit outclassing even all the S2000 cars.

To Whom It May Concern:
This email serves to confirm the outstanding customer service I experienced by the Sabie Super Quick management and staff. I was on holiday during the weekend of 2nd – 4th September and enjoying the wonderful sights in the area, unfortunately my vehicle is equipped with low profile 18 inch tyres which are not recommended to drive on gravel roads.
I experienced a slashed tyre and while I did have a spare tyre in my possession, the peace of mind in having a proper tyre and spare to travel with was my first priority. I approached the Sabie branch on the 3rd September early with a request for a replacement 18 inch tyre, unfortunately not many requests come through for a tyre in this size, Gerhard personally took it upon himself so source me the tyre with the correct spec.
The tyre arrived 14:30pm on Saturday and it was fitted to my vehicle at no extra cost, I know it was a mission to get the tyre and I would personally like to thank Gerhard and the staff member who stayed behind after hours to assist me and my family. We do not receive such personal dedication and commitment in the JHB area
With this exemplary service we were on our way again with the sound satisfaction of having a road worthy in my opinion vehicle for the journey back to JHB.
Thank you Gerhard and the staff of Sabie Super Quick, my colleagues at Standard Bank have also been made aware that should they travel to Nelspruit or any of the surrounding areas and they have any sort of car trouble to contact Sabie Super Quick as they offer excellent service!

I wish to give you feedback on the fantastic service we had from Ben at Supa Quick Sabie:
On Friday 20th January 2012, my sister and I had trouble starting our car after we stopped at Mac Mac Falls. We managed to get to Sabie and drove into Supa Quick at around 13:30. Ben came outside to greet us with a big smile & checked the battery for us right away. The print outs showed everything was normal. But the car still didn't start. He then put in another battery to test if that would make a difference. It did.
He then phoned around to check what kind of battery would be best suited for my Hyundai Getz. During all of this he was friendly and reassuring and explained what he was doing at all times. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and showed us to the air conditioned waiting room, where we could get a cold drink of water.
Once the new battery was installed, we were on our way again.
My sister and I both wish to thank Ben for the friendly way in which he helped us to solve our car trouble. I am sure he could have made us wait for hours, but instead we were assisted right away and managed to get to our overnight stop in Belfast before dark.
Please give him whatever recognition you can, as you definitely need staff like him to keep your clients happy. Even ones who arrive with no idea of what is wrong with their car, like we did on Friday afternoon.
